  • There are stairs to access the condo.
  • The property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.

  • The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. Smoking is only permitted outside and at least 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all cigarette butts.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
  • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
  • A written rental agreement must be signed and returned.
  • Families and guests over the age of 25 are welcome. No parties, large groups, or events are allowed at this property.
  • No events allowed.
  • Winter weather is unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended for winter stays.
